Who and Where are You?

Where have you been?

Where will you go?

Places inform who we are, how and what we think, how we perceive our world, how we see ourselves in relation to our locations and places, and our concept of our role in the world.  Our cultural and social values and ideologies reflect our places and vice versa.

By writing about and exploring our places, we can not only gain understanding of why we are how we are and why our places are how they are but also how this way of thinking and acting influences our attitudes and actions towards sustainability and the overall environment.

Your place may be your hometown, your current location, a location overseas that you connected with while on vacation. Whatever you define as "your place", it has influenced you and your presence has influenced it as well.

People reflect places, places reflect people.
